Tremont Worship Leader

Love worship? There may be a place for you to lead.

God is at work at Grace Free Church’s Tremont location, and we’re prayerfully looking for someone to help shape the next chapter of worship at Tremont.

Could that be you?

We’re looking for a Worship Leader who loves Jesus, loves people, and enjoys helping others worship through music. You don’t need a polished résumé or years of leadership experience. If you sing, play guitar or keys, and have a heart for helping people worship, we’d love to talk.

What could this look like?

You’d help lead worship on Sunday mornings while growing alongside our existing musicians and production volunteers. Working with our Worship & Media Director and Location Pastor, you’d help prepare the team, shape meaningful worship services, and welcome others into serving.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have a team alongside you, leadership support, and training to help you grow in the musical, technical, and practical parts of the role.

You’ll begin by serving with our Orwigsburg worship team, learning alongside experienced leaders and building confidence before stepping into leadership at Tremont. We’ll work together on the timing and preparation so you feel supported along the way.

Who should consider it?

Someone with musical ability who is ready to serve, collaborate, and grow as a leader. You’ll also need to share Grace Free Church’s beliefs and mission and be a member or willing to become one.

What’s the commitment?

The role includes Sunday mornings, rehearsals, and preparation during the week. We’ll talk through the time commitment and potential compensation together.
